Andrew Datovech volunteered for close to 40 hours at A.C.E.S., which is a non-profit organization that has partnered with the Hanover County Department of Social Services to provide food, clothing, financial assistance, and other services to any citizen of Ashland or Hanover in need. Andrew noted that he wanted to volunteer at A.C.E.S. because he wanted to help out his local community where he has lived his entire life. He also commented that the positive impact of the volunteers is immediately noticeable because those that are receiving help are "extremely grateful for the work that we do, and the smile on each person's face is reward enough for the challenging work involved." The President of the organization wrote that "Andrew is an extremely conscientious young man -- very respectful and dedicated to helping others. He has been a pleasure to work with." Amazing contributions, Andrew, keep up the fantastic work!
