The achievement goals of Virginia Repertory Theatre are best served by the active participation of people in the community. With more than 300 active participants, Virginia Rep volunteers comprise the largest portion of the theatre's organization and, other than actors, are often the most visible group to our patrons. Usher positions are available at our signature November Theatre, the Children's Theatre of Virginia at Willow Lawn, and the historic Hanover Tavern. Ushers are required to work for one hour seating patrons, distributing programs, and assisting the house manager as needed. The Gift Shop Attendant position is only available at our November Theatre. The Gift Shop Attendant works for two hours selling Virginia Rep merchandise to patrons. All volunteers are invited to stay and watch any performance for which they volunteer free of charge! For more information and to join our usher roster, please visit http://va-rep.org/volunteer.html If you have any further questions, please email [email protected] Crestwood Elementary is in need of high school volunteers to help care for students during a parent workshop.
