Caroline Ryan volunteered this summer (2015) at the Bon Secours Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EPAP). Her worked involved creating and managing 2 new social media platforms to use for communication within the Virginia Chapter of Bon Secours EAPA. Caroline volunteered for this opportunity because she is interested in social media and the role in can play in public relations. She created one private group and one public group Facebook page and managed both throughout the summer as she taught employees how to utilize this new form of communication. This was important because the organization needed a way to reach out to the public and also have a way to stimulate discussion between chapter members. The President of the chapter commented that "Caroline was wonderful, mature, and knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to work with, and a tremendous asset to the organization locally and nationally." Way to go, Caroline!
